Facade Improvement Grant (FIG) Program
Qualifying properties in the Central Business District (CBD) may qualify for a matching grant (up to $5,000) for exterior building improvements. Details
Building Rehabilitation Incentive Grant (BRIG) Program
Qualifying properties in the Central Business District (CBD) may qualify for a matching grant (up to $10,000) for interior building improvements. Details
Local Investment Grant Program

Infill Development Grant (IDG) Program
Qualifying projects that meet the guidelines of the Infill Development Grant (IDG) Program may qualify for a cash grant equivalent to tap and/or system development fees. Details
