Pay your utility bill online through Municipal Online Payments.
Please note: the merchant service provider charges a 3% convenience fee when paying online through this service. The software company also charges a $2.00 service fee per transaction to manage the online bill pay system. The City of Bessemer City does not benefit or profit from these fees.
AutoPay (bank draft)
Avoid online fees by signing up for automatic bank draft (ACH). Contact Customer Service at 704-629-5542 to enroll. Save time, money, and never forget a payment!
Pay in person
Visit the City Hall Annex, 125 E. Virginia Avenue, Bessemer City, NC 28016. Payment is accepted by cash, money order, check, or debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). All payment methods are taken inside the building. Cash, check, and credit card payments only are taken at the drive-thru.
